Starex has 2.5 crdi against sta fe's 2.2. but heavier ang body ng starex kaya slower ang acceleration as compared to sta fe. Pagnakarekta na, weight is not so much of an issue na, kaya naka 209kph.

Sa totoo lang meron ako lahat ng sasakyan na yan may starex ako fortuner pajero 2008 hilux at grandia lahat yan mabibilis maganda lang sa bago yan pag lumuma lumalabas ang sakit pag rev mo at bumibwelo ka namamatay ng usa.. Ang panget ng technology ngayon.. Ang dali masira buti nalang di ko pa binenta yung strada 2005 model.. Lahat ng mga latest ngayon madaling masira kaya ang payo ko lang wag kayo lung san san mag pa gas dahil pag nahaluan ng tubig ang hirap makita ang problema.. Malalaman nyo

@kopiko the van is about 2 months old pa. No plate no yet. So its new and the speedo is not defective. I have a honda civic 1.8v that I drive 195kph at star toll way. I dont know what you are talking about. Maybe somethings wrong with your sedona or your driving. My F150 with 4.2liters V6 can only max out 150kph. Crdi vgt is a very different thing. Accelerates like my honda civic. The sta fe 2.2 crdi vgt can do 0-100kph in 9 sec. Thats crdi! Even the navara can do 190kph with ease

@martino this is automatic (tiptronic) wc means manual and auto, but we used manual on this. As you can see the indicator on the video its on 5th gear.

@acidburn628 bro, downhill ba un nareach mo yun 209 kph or diretso kalsada? buti nakayanan ng tires ng starex... yung santa fe ko na 2.2 crdi 200 kph lng kaya abutin, pero sa acceleration mas matulin kesa sa starex, kya ng santa fe 0-100 kph in 8,6s (petron turbo diesel) pero ngaun ko lng nalaman mas matulin pla sa rekta ang starex ;p

City driving (Metro Manila): 6-8 km/l

Highway driving (NLEX): 10-12km/l

Yes, Very stable. Its like driving it at 120kph. nothing to worry about. well, just watch the road :-)

Engine is not rumbling or roaring loud. Very good engine stability.
