And as far as my 401k is concerned, my dentist gave me a heads up on what he thought was coming three weeks before the crash, I pulled all my 401k out and bought physical GOLD!! I took a hit but not nearly as bad as I would have!! I'm NOT relying on that dams unions to coddle me! I pay my employees VERY well, but they know that if we start taking a BIG loss, my pay and THEIRS will be cut !! FAIR IS FAIR!

I own a small business, through HARD work, I will retire! Not because some dam union is getting OUTRAGEOUS amounts of money for the employees beyond what they are worth!! I will AGREE that if a company is FAT, they should pay their employees more, but when its a drought, then the employees need to take a cut in pay commiserate with the loss in revenues! But SO SHOULD the management! The BIGGEST problem in America is ENTITLEMENT!

SCREW the unions, overpaid and underworked assholes!! I don't blame the company one bit! More companies need to do the same!! Closing your company and starting another in another state isn't against the law!
