I'm not sure audio is necessary, I found it really helpful - really clear animation!
What is the C3 for though if the C5 is cleaved by C2a4b and it's C5 that binds the stuff eventually leading to the pore?

@rayonx85 Complement 3 and Factor B both are found in the alternative pathway, The Factor B is cleaved by Factor D and it activates the C3 into C3b. This C3bBb complex acts as a C5 convertase in the alternate pathway.
