wow that worked for me almost instantly!.... it worked before the video was even over!.... i sometimes get pain so massive and im bed ridden for days.... cant even sit up by myself! i have to cross my arms in front and have someone gently pull me up! cant even eat the pains so bad! i took a BITE out of a cherry... A BITE! and it felt as if i swallowed a walnut! imagine what that feels like! hopefully i can practice this as soon as i feel it come on... and maybe prevent days of helplessness!
