It's funny (peculiar) isnt it that Il Divo think of this as a happy song but most of us females just bawl thinking about our Mums while listening to this song. I guess while digging deep I can see how they'd think of it as a celebration and paying homages to their Mum's. My Mum is still alive and I still cry (inside) when listening to this!

my mother died 9 days ago and i heard this song the day after while my 9 brothers and i where preparing for her services trying to choose music. not one of us could listen without crying. it was the final song of her service. in life she could not get us all in a church but her final plan worked. the song says every word that is in my heart so i will not try except to say MAMA I MISS YOU .... Those of you who have mothers...enjoy them and let them know you love them ... do not wait until they are dead to find meaning to this song. My mom died when I was 4, 26 years ago, and this songs makes me wonder how things could have been. Fuck it...such is life. Those of you who have mothers...lucky bastards!!!

Well this song is one of the most beautiful songs ever written and if you think otherwise then why on earth are you on here !!! I saw them all last year and I am going again on 16th May. They are fabulous, amazing in fact. I cant bloody wait !!!!! The words are just so beautiful

i am surprised, this was not one of Il Divo's best. The song, in my opinion is very beautiful, have to listen carefully to the words. If you have a mother that you love, this song is very touching.
