I think all Greeks have moral issues with it but they can only be ready to get rid of the corrupt system once everyone has his/her own personal future (job, money, etc.) secured.

So I think the right thing to do for the Greek government is (1) reduce the gap between rich and poor and (2) reduce unemployment.
