Your demonstrations are good, but with the splitter, you dont HAVE to throw it side-arm. I throw a splitter and I throw it over the top and still get the movement that I want. If you throw all of your pitches overhead, but throw your splitter side-arm, the batter will see it every time and drive it out of the park. Other than that, it was good. Try throwing these same pitches with a real ball and you will get better realistic movement.
