Actually the song is inspired from the book Sarah by JT Leroy. The first few sentences is about the boys mother. She is a hooker and she definitely isn't a fit mother, but her son looks up to her anyway. When she dies he decide to use the same tricks as he has seen his mother use all his life, and crossdress to be a pretty girl. In the book he is only 12 when his mother die, and therefore easily pass as a girl :) He is a truly 'delicate boy' !
