Is there anything I can do to make sure the converted video file has subtitles? Sometimes they are on the converted file and other times they don't.

How come every time Im trying to convert something it only does 5KB a second??? It takes forever that way and it hasn't always been that way. I have the full version and I even reinstalled it and the same thing happens wtf

tell me why it doesnt convert my movies all the way, i have the version 3.61 i think, whenever i go to convert a movie, it doesnt convert all the way, only the first 30 minutes of it. how do i fix that

@23122367127889 ya i know that. i dont use it though. its a faulty converter. i usually converts my movies about 99%. usually leaving out like the last 10 or 15 minutes of it. i use xilisoft video converter better.
