Perhaps the Colour Sergeant could teach you to spell, punctuate and use capital letters at the start of a sentence, in return for lessons in how to 'carry the flag poor'?
Unfortunately I am unable to verify from the videos you have posted yourself, whether you have the credentials to be adequately qualified to teach the poor carrying of flags, which is an interesting specialist subject to have...
