Sorta. :) It's the aria from what is called the 'Mad Scene' in the opera Lucia Di'Lammermoore. It was done for The Fifth Element, and it seems that Vitas took a liking to it (operatic or techno version I have no idea), so he did his own version. Yes. That person sining is a guy. lol

I really enjoyed how this went along with the music:) It made it enjoyable even though I have never seen this anime, looks good though:) 5 stars.
