she is not lip singing ... is just that the video isn't synchronized in fact.. when liza did some lip singing because sound problems she did it so well that nobody could tell she was doing it
She definately has her mothers eyes. Liza has been thru a lot and Like Judy she gave her all for a song. Most people dont realize that a Great singer can not always be in "Good Voice" Judy sometimes had to Lip sync on TV because they give so much and to have a voice that is so recognizable sometimes is over worked. When people over use their voice they get hoarse so when u get singers who Belt out songs there are days when your voice isnt in the best condition. Liza gives her all.
Oh, please, give me a break. I'll be glad to give Streisand 10 stars + on the VOICE...but that by itself can't carry SINCERE emotion or meaninful feeling or SOUL...the MINNELLI gifts.
beautiful. I olve this rendition. it is on and off here on ut. she's in great vocal shape but "very concentraded" which favours her delivery. better than on the minnelli on minnelli live cd, I think.
To my knowledge she has never lipped a live show. She has had vocal changes & no matter what she gets on stage and turns out a 2hr show that is AMAZING. A few times she was on the stage apologizing for her voice not being the same! And thats why I LOVE her so! Yet the critics jump on the philistine bandwagon and write the most idiot reviews because of that!
Yet if she did lip a show they would condemn her for that!
