Miasto jest Wilno w Polsce! (Wer durch den Norden Polens zieht...) The documentary states that Vilnius belonged to Poland in 1936. It was a neutral German documentary, not "nazi" at all. Just a documentary for cultural-historical purposes. The multi-ethnic and rich history of Wilno/Vilnius or (German) Wilna (near East Prussia and thus Germany back then) was the subject.

as you can see by the horses everywhere, the fascist invasion was more like Napoleons invasion! it wasnt the mechanized "blitz" everyone thinks it was!! and the vast majority of Germans duped or forced into service had to walk!! and walk, and walk. as for the true fanatics who wanted to invade, i hope they walked in mud 2 feet deep!! no pity for the bully boy elements!!
