Agree with Patrick. Layman will not know judges system and points. Anyway its a free world and everyone has a right to comment. I think your performance is as good as 1st placed Serene. In fact from what i seen on the youtube your performance drew more applause than hers.

And as for the judges explanation, go for a judge course and then you'll understand. :) All competitions are based on merit and MOMENT OF TRUTH. That is, at the competition ground.

A layman like you, assuming you are, may not understand the technical moves involved and the rules.

This is getting way childish already. I am Patrick the LAST in this figure skating competition, hence, unless you are in the competition, don't comment much. As far as the video is, there isn't any comments that she is the 1st. Clearly you are set out prejudice.

Just like all sports, unless u appreciate the judging system, there is no way a LAYMAN could comment on the judges. LAYMAN = non-competitor. Period

Serene skates like a beginner. Not deserving champion. Can the organiser explain results.

This skater fell like 1 minute into her performance. Very bad hand postures and poor edging.

They must have got the order wrong. This female skater did not win because poor performance and she fell.
