I think the reason it may not be working after you have turned them on in winterboard is because you have not enabled summerboard, try enabling it and then see if it works, let me know if it helped

You download your themes from cydia

First you need to get winterboard from cydia

After you install you need to reboot your iPod/iPhone

Then open winterboard

Select the theme

Press the button in the top left corner

Then respring (top left corner)

Wait for the pineapple to leave the screen

Unlock and look at you screen

Sorry for giving such a late response. But I just clicked this video and saw your question. Your having that problem probably because beside it it says iAcces then the name of the keyboard change. You must instal iAcces before you can use the keyboards. Its weird how you can use themes just like that but you need other programs for keyboards. Its really gay.
