"Watching you watching me" is a song about Ian being followed in a train station buy an obvious fan who refuses to introduce himself. The song is essentially about being creeped out.

yeah ! its funny, irregardless the guys antics on stage are to say the least very entertaining at 0:55 switching the mike, grabbing nose and pumping his hand , he does alot of that in the heavy horses video cig in hand of course!

On the 20 Years of Tull box set, this track was dubbed "Pibroch (Pee Break)" since Ian is off taking a whizz or something, ergo, no flute solo from this particular medley. A chunk of Black Satin Dancer makes up the latter section in 3/4 time.
