Truffles; the world's most expensive food-stuff

The reason white are more expensive is because many people prefer the taste of it. They both grow underground and are almost exactly the same.

@sfshrimp I have no idea, but I will ask my accountant. I tried the black ones last year in Sarlat (south western France), but I don't think I will ever bother again. Next time I will order steak and chips.
