I don't doubt she is a great singer, but did you deny she uses an auto tune? Nope, she uses it in a lot of her songs that you can noticeably hear and it just ruins that part of the song. And for Metallica, you really need to not be so close-minded to metal. Last time I checked Metallica doesn't scream in their songs, and James sings in a softer voice as well as a more intense voice.
