  • dude ur workouts are effective can i get some good info or plan as to how to do these workouts ( ima beginner) as in like i cant do regular pushups but can do wall pushups/bent knee im gradually building on strength im also slightly healthy so im trying fatloss+ build muscle at same time how many times shud i do the circuits like 12 min circuit twice or thrice?

  • This twelve minute workut program looks great. One question though: How many of these workouts do you do a day? Do you do one workout each day for nine days in a row? Two a day..Three a day....? Sorry for not knowing! Thanks!
