  • I remember watching judge wapner with my mom in the late 80's (or early 90's... its been a while)

  • Shoes...this is about shoes...my god...SHOES! LIVE WITH IT!

  • i def remember seeing him in Rain Man =)

  • That was kinda cool.

  • How come, after Joe W. came back to the chair to relieve Marilyn, did Harv still still say at commercial break, "Judge Milian rules..." even though he had remembered to say "Wapner" just before that?

  • Is this case compleatly retarded.. a pair of stinking crackers shoes. fuck off!

  • Only pressing matter she has is in her knickers. dirty bitch

  • Dang that woman in the back ground has got a great set on her.

  • @sha11235 He's like in his 90s lol

  • this is the TMZ guy...

  • ...there's nothing wrong with putting someone's funky shoes outside if you didn't want to smell them, but it's your responsibility to put them right back where you found them at the end of your shift. Personally I think I would have enclosed them in a plastic bag and tied it shut, and then suggested to the supervisior that when someone choses to leave his shoes there, they have to be put in a plastic bag. Who is he to throw someone else's belongiings into the trash anyway? Wapner looks great!

  • Case of the stanky shoes...

  • The original People's Court started in.... 1980, right?

  • @tpir1972 no. The original People's Court, with Judge Wapner, began in 1939 and originally aired on the radio. Wapner is 107 years old when this episode was filmed.

  • @creejay Whoah, he's in pretty good shape for 107!

  • @creejay He was 90 years when this epidsode was on. He is now 92.

  • I remember hating tpc when I was younger, now I love it! It started the court show addiction.

  • They brought back Wapner for a fuckin shoe case ?

  • That Mullian or Millian or however you spell the Bitches name is nuthing compared to THE LEGEND THE BOSS THE MASTER OF ALL LAW AND ORDER MR.WAPNER!!.

She lets her Alligator Mouth overtake her pea sized brain in cases whare she raises her voice runs her mouth off and lets her FEMINIST ARROGANCE overtake the cool calm behavior of day to day court proceedings, take note that she is still under investigation of the federal law administration in DC because of her rash actions in court proceedings!!.

  • wow taking a guy to court over a used pair of shoes lol they must of been gold plated or something what a waste of court time for something like this

  • @79tazman Some shoes are worth over 500 brah/

    ....not these ones though.

  • I remmber Judge Wapner he was the first one to have court on TV When did he leave the peoples court? it must of been in the early 90's or so?

  • All hail Wapner but sad that this was the case he decided on his 90th birthday!

  • The defendant know damn well he threw those stank ass shoes out and was inconsiderate about his co-workers property...just pay the guy.

  • "2 minutes to Waner will the laintiff get 2 grand?"

"Judge Milian rules next" ??!?!??!?? o.O

  • Who?!?

  • Kurt, the announcer, sucks big donkey dick.

  • @fran9860 You really know a lot about sucking, dont you? :)

  • Hes been working in the US that long and he has this thick of an accent?

  • @Eeyoreboi Yes. Not uncommon.

  • the shocker @ 6:41

  • get a bit excited with the tags?

  • He turned 90 on this day and decided to make a special appearance.

  • my mom says used to watch this show when it starred judge wapner but, i've only seen judge millian and love her. i remember this case from tv and i felt bad because this was probably the most boring episode of the people's court i've ever seen. the guy's shoes got thrown out or something >.<

  • Judge Millian is my favorite, but I like Judge Wapner too. I haven't seen him do a case in The People's Court in ages

  • Comment removed

  • Judge Wapner comes back for a pair of stanky shoes.

  • "I've read your complaint, I know you've been sworn..." like he never left.

  • Old ppl so cute

  • Lol how is this guy a legend was only doing a job that he was paid to do

  • @asianminxxx Your a retard. He's the Judge who started the show in the early 80s or 90s.

  • why the hell would the defendant say that ??! what an idiot

  • 3:47 did he really say "yes ma'am"? How disrespectful

  • @xetrius he said "yes your honor"

  • the hon. judge wapner the man who started it all. A legand and a man of fairness that is what its all about folks!

  • Can't watch...this judge is too slow and comes no where close to Judge Milian ...i quit at 3:05

  • why do people spend so much on ugly shoes?

  • DAAAAAANG! He was hitting his 90th B-Day when he did this case. Man!

  • i dont get it, so does he go home in his socks? Carry around a second pair of shoes? Seems kind of ridiculous, wear one pair and change when you get home if necessary.

  • @tehdouglas1 He changes them because he KNOWS they stink, and his wife doesn't want them at home!!!

  • phh yeah right, maybe she has a shit to go attend to but they planned this.

  • They should bring Wapner back every year.

  • Why would you even leave your shoes out there and sue for $2000? What a moron!

  • $2,000 for shoes! What are they made of? Myrrh?!

  • Roflmao! Judge Wapner is hearing the case and they forgot to change "Judge Millian rules next"....

  • Judging by Henderson's reaction at 1:20, I'm guessing that the announcer and the music can be heard inside the courtroom?

  • what kind of court room is this?

  • man this judge is out of it hahahahah

  • WAPNER? No way!!!

  • the shocker 6:37

  • He has worked here 8 years and still cannot speak English.

  • This brings back so many memories of when I was a kid watching this show lol. I even remember the opening he used to have.

  • Judge Joseph Wapner is "The People's Court" and always will be.

  • @usa02 you can be old but when your fair and honest, His integrity alone is enough for me!

  • 7 people have nooo soooouull

  • This brought a smile to me. I grew up watching People's Court and have always had a "soft spot" for Judge Wapner. Thank you for posting this video!

  • If I was the judge, I would have the hardest time judging this case. Can't understand the plaintiff's accent..

  • The People's Court started when in 1980?

  • I don't know how many people noticed, but at the end of this clip, the narrator says "Judge Milian rules next".

  • @charmedmagic92 Yeah, that was funny.

But I did like how he said, "2 minutes to Wapner".

  • Gotta love Wapner

  • I think it's "he's accused of having NOO SOLE :D"

  • Anyone notice the Plaintiff didn't applaud?

  • Judge Wapner turned 92 this year! He was 90 when this was filmed. I definitely miss the old show, although I think Milian has done a great job of handling the show. It's still kept its simplicity.

  • Wait, $2000?

  • Why would you buy shoes only to wear in a booth where no one is going to see them, and how many freakin times do you need to state that you've worked there 7 years?!!!

  • Welcome back to The People's Court, Judge Wapner!

  • Funny how Harvey Levin says "Judge Milian rules, next" even though Wapner is deciding the case.

  • Comment removed

  • I miss Doug Llewellyn

  • I LOVE her smile!!

  • dude, fuck shoes!! your shoes DOES NOT represent you.

  • 0:33 charlie sheen in audience

  • OK is the commentator always such a jackass?

  • 2:09 - sounds like the beginning of a porn film...

  • wtf... he like 234 years old...when he talks it looks like he's taking a crap in his dippers... go back home

  • Is this the only appearance on People Cort he made since the show returned?

  • at the end the narrator says "Judge Milian rules next"

  • they should have given J Wapner a better case!

  • I love when people think they can sue for anything. And reading some of these comments I would love to see people try to sue for emotional distress and prove it....that would be worth watching.

  • Oh FFS, suing for a pair of shoes? What next. And if he's just sitting in a booth all day, he could be bare foot for all anyone knows/ cares. Sad.

  • Oh FFS, suing for a pair of shoes? What next.

  • Ha! The narrator dude said "'Judge Milian' rules next" when it was really Wapner.

  • this is so embarassing

  • Legally, I can sue YOU for replying to my post and causing ME mental distress... but unlike the plaintiff, I use common sense and don't abuse an already overcrowded justice system with trivial nonsense (like a 4 year old pair of stinky shoes).

And, I wouldn't expect to win my case (much like a $1870 nominal damage), so why waste the judge's time with that? People need to sue for the loss they incurred and quit looking for a free lunch.

  • he's acused of being a ginger

  • He's suing $2000 for a 4 year old pair of shoes that he paid $130???

I'm waiting for Ashton to jump out and tell Wapner he just got Punk'd!

  • @backpayne2007

    $130 compensatory damages

    $1870 nominal damages.

Legally, there's not a problem with his claim.

  • No one buys a $2000 pair of shoes to work security.

No one leaves a $2000 pair of shoes in a security booth.

University security guards cannot afford a $2000 pair of shoes.

The plantif's shoes did not cost $2000.

  • @DeepDeepSpace We also have to remember we are living in times of materialistic people.. People buy items to appear rich or appear like movie stars and stuff that costs more than a months pay check.

  • @DeepDeepSpace he paid $100 or so for them he was saying that he bought them in the year 2000. they're not $2000.

  • @msdsrx1

The plantiff is suing for $2000 not $100. That's because he's claiming the shoes cost $2000.

  • @msdsrx1 he says in the video that he bought the shoes for $130, and they're worth $100 he is suing for other damages other than the shoes. Watch the video all the way though he says this.

  • @msdsrx1 I was kind of wondering where msdsrx1 was getting $2000. I see were he made that mistake now. Doink. Lol!

  • i like the woman better, this man talks waaaaay too slow.

  • @vuur150 He's 91.

  • @redcomic619 Lol srsly? he is? It's amazing he can still be there then and do his thing

  • why is sean hannity behind the plaintiff?

  • @verial not even close lol

  • sweet judge

  • the nicest judge:)

  • must be the nicest judge

  • Dumbest case I have ever heard!

  • He must be a lousy security guard if he never got out of the booth once in seven years to investigate anything.

  • Love love love Judge Wapner! :)

  • BULLSHIT!

I used to work in security at a small lobby with a african guy and everytime I left the area and came back, he would take off his shoes and it would smell to high heaven.

  • who is he?

  • @elvaelvirababe Judge Wapner started The People's Court. He used to be on there when I was little. I didn't know he was still alive.

  • I watched Peoples Court growing up all the time! But this announcer now really sounds dumb, overacting to the max. He is very annoying!

  • @STEVEMOR909 hes TOTAL annoying...why they have him on here anyway?

    waste of space...gagger

  • 3:48 does he say ma'am?

  • the judge reminds me of my grandpa. gotta love him. JUDGE WAPNER HAS A SOUL..

  • Charlie Sheens long lost fat brother sitting behind plaintiff......hahahaha

  • I'm too young to remember Judge Wapner, I was pretty young even when he finished peoples court in 1993. But either way, I think its pretty awesome that they had the 'original' judge come back to the show, thats awesome.

  • Levin: Coming up a BIG SURPRISE appearance from SOMEONE I WORKED WITH

Teaser: Coming up a BIG SURPRISE APPEARANCE FROM JUDGE WAPNER

Levin: Coming up, you won't BELIEVE the surprise appearance we have in store for you!

  • @montauk6 If it wasn't for the teaser, it would have been a "BIG SURPRISE".

  • typical mall cop, fat and donut lover

  • Very pressing matter in chambers = Judge Milian ate some bad guacamole. :[

  • uh oh. ten minutes to wapner.

  • The guy is in essence arguing that his smelly shoes had squatters rights in the booth.

  • Judge Wapner: Speak up! Black Guy: Mumble Mumble mumble, eight years, mumble, shoes don't stink.. Judge Wapner...Huh? Black Guy: Mumble Mumble, Left for year, mumble come back. Judge Wapner: A Year? What? Judge Wapner: SHOES? White Guy: I used an Umbrella. Judge Wapner: Outside? White Guy: The shoes were old. Judge Wapner: Cold? WHAT?? HUH??

  • When I was a kid I used to call him judge Whopper.

  • how do you get to become some one in the audiance i wanna get stoned and go

  • Did anyone notice that at 9:05 he says "Judge Milian Rules Next" ? lol

  • i really love plaintiff accent :)

  • @LuciFrederiksen me too. I think it's Italian.

  • this is cool

  • Damn... that guy looks GREAT for being 90 years old!!

  • he's accused of having NOO SOULLL

  • @sactothebay bwhahaha!

  • @sactothebay *sole

  • @effingya Actually the way the narrator meant it was soul. Unless you're just trying to make a joke by using both soul and sole since we're talking about shoes here, but that narrator was serious about him having no soul he meant that.

  • @sactothebay it's called a PUN, you idiot

  • @DaHomieNick Duh.

Wtf is wrong with you..? Mad cause my comment is at the top? Don't be... I didn't ask for those thumbs up. I knew damn well he meant both sole and soul.

What I don't know is, what the hell made you think I didn't understand the joke. I'm not stupid.. And I'm definitely not an idiot.

  • I know that leather chair stinks!!!

  • @LongfaceWu who would walk up and smell the chair?

you would obviously be smelling a place where peoples butts have sat for hours on end....

  • @chickenbiscito Just because ur on the internet doesn't make you smart... Stop arguing and get a life you fat 50+ year old crumb cruncher.

  • @LoveAddictREmix

what on earth are you talking about? someone said "i wonder what that chair smells like" so I asked why someone would SMELL a chair where people sit their butts in it. I'm not 50, try half that. But you are entitled to your opinion of me, however misguided it may be. Insult my intelligence for absolutely no reason on youtube... I question YOUR life or lack there of. It must really suck to be so hostile and mad for no reason all the time, I hope the best for you.

  • @chickenbiscito No, I get really upset when trolls or uneducated people much like yourself comment like that.

  • @LoveAddictREmix

Hmm. Well, you claim once again I'm uneducated though you have yet to even vaguely fathom the aspect of communicating with another of your own species. I proceeded to be kind to you and really wonder why you are so angry with the world, I know it isn't with me, I only commented as to why someone would want to SMELL a chair. Why you are so hostile and angry, and despite insults I met you with kindness. I believe you are confused and once again I hope the best for you, good luck.

  • @chickenbiscito Okay. Fine. Whatever, man.

  • @LoveAddictREmix

    Alright take care fellow human.

  • @chickenbiscito You too. Sorry about our disagreement.

  • @LoveAddictREmix

no worries or problem at all :)

All that happened, you look up there, someone said "I bet that leather chair stinks"

all I did, like most people, is wonder why someone would WONDER what the chair someone is sitting in smells like, or why they would even smell it lol

    take care!!

  • @chickenbiscito lol Okay, man. Peace. :)

  • @LoveAddictREmix

you too :) long days and pleasant nights my friend

  • hahah 2k for shoes !?!??

  • Hot-n-OLD Judges! LOL!!!

  • why wasn't the darkie clapping?

  • the plaintiff is the only one who did not clap!

  • @scrambledpenis i think because he wanted judge milian to do this case and not judge wapner.

  • @jhzenor61481 why do you think that is?

  • @scrambledpenis i saw that in the 2nd video that judge wapner only made his ruling for $50 and didnt make it more for the plantiff

  • @jhzenor61481 do you think milian would have gave him more?

  • @scrambledpenis i think she would have, because if he's suing for $2,000, and wapner gave him $50, he would have gotten more than that.

  • @jhzenor61481 but why do you think she would have?

  • @scrambledpenis i meant that is if milian was doing this case.

  • @IAMRICHARD89 You are not even in the conversation. Stay out of it

  • Harvey says "Judge Millian rules.. next!" when it cuts to break. Poor editing.
