Truly liked it. Modern and armonically advanced without loosing the classical touch and truly italian taste and love for lyrical singing and opera as an extraordinary means of human expression.
i would really see this as an aria in a full opera. in this case, If one thing, id have the text a bit adapted to be in ryme or at least to ryme .. sometimes :-)
Thank you very much jccq. :) The text is from ancient egypt, it's not a rhymed text, not written for music. It was found in Pyramid of Unas, the last king of V dinasty.
I was just saying i look forward for a full opera :-) in which case if a libretist was to take some licence from the original text and add some rymes, maybe the overall result would probably benefit. Congrats again
