First of all fish oil supplements are a processed food !and they become Rancid on the process . all fish is contaminated with MERCURY and PCB ... my great grandmother died when she was 105 and she didnot take fish oil and no vitamin pills !! people are lazy to cook so they eat frozen food and fast food garbage ! and sit on the computure and on the cell phone getting emf radiation !...ps. get Rid of your Microwave Oven , cell phone and cordless phone ....and grow a Garden !!
