Some dude below says "pretty good." I am a pretty advanced guitar player who can play Yes, lots of challenging country Jerry Donahue type stuff, same jazz - flawleassly. This isn't pretty good; it's great. Lots of Ragtime-like picking going on there, and his timing is excellent. It also highlights how great Elliott Smith was -- and he was singing with this!!

I recently spent some hours figuring out this song and my way of playing it is VERY similar to this way (exact same notes, but there are a few minor structure differences). You've got the right notes, unlike most people! Good job.
