Those exercises were cool. I've not seen or heard of most of those exercises that you did. Our Physical Exercise Teachers never taught us any of those. Can you give us a list of names of those exercises and some diagrams of how to do them. Thanks

Personally, I wouldn't get Mickey D's though. That place is disgusting. On Sunday's I like to get a fresh berry pie from a local diner and enjoy it with some vanilla ice cream.

@srt8up4shot depends. You can do some extra stretching before your game, but it's usually redundant. CK.
