Powell, decelerates too fast  after hitting is top end speed. His maintenace phase is poor. He needs to do some endureance training in running more 200m and a few 400m.

Usain is the man...Powell needs more 200 mter training, he was all over his lane and not lifting up his knees high enough to increase his top end speed....I'm most exicting for our future sprint kid, Yohan Blake who is improving steadily and showing off his top end speed these days....GREAT JOB!

POwell needs more top end speed-he should definitly take up the 200m and 400m to improve this....its not rocket science anymore....Both Bolt & Gay are running 200/400m and the results speak for themselves!!!
