This video make me cry every time i watch it. I give glory to god for wiping my slate clean, and forgiving me of my sins. As it says, my sins are forgotten, and are on the bottom of the ocean floor. This video also expresses faith, faith in that my sins, no matter what they were, are forgiven, faith that god loves me, will take care of me, protect me, and one day when i die i will be with him in paradise. We are disciples first and foremost. I love christian music and music that praises God but I don't mind if there is a preaching going on at a concert too because sure it might be a music concert but we are disciples of God first, musicians second. God and his message takes priority over anything else.
I saw this band live in Oklahoma City at Frontier City theme park for free one summer in the 90's. They stopped after the 8th song to call people to come to the front to pray if they wanted to. Lots of people went and it took like 40 minutes to get back to music. No offense but I felt like I wanted more music than a church service, even from a Christian band.

What you are using in Job is called a parable, it is full of symbolic meanings and prophecies. The wonder of it is how can a man be justified with God? When you accept Jesus into your heart you are spiritually baptized...if thats what you are talking about getting baptized. Physical baptism is just a ritual, to show others the commitment you've made in your heart. And you are right...I don't know the will of Christ, but I know his will for me is to follow him.

Also, why would God give priesthood to anyone? We don't need a priest anymore because Jesus broke the veil between God and man with his death.

@hcbaker90 well...we should try to be a little more strict about how we interpret it. it cant just be interpret it however you feel or think it says. the bible says to use the simpler verses to help you understand the more difficult verses. some things we're not supposed to be able to understand. but, a difficult or obscure or cloudy verse will never contradict the simple verses that are clear and scattered all throughout so often you can rule out what it doesnt mean.

We fight wars because we are human. I would tell you that everything on this earth has to do with God... but the devil tries to turn us away from God. He would have us fight wars and kill each other, so that we forget about God and lose sight of our creator and the one who loves us. Everything happens for a reason... we just can't always see that reason. Sometimes it is because God wants something to happen, and sometimes it is just the devil trying to keep us from God.

They have helped my realize that God loves me so much and has forgvien me and erased those sins. He has lifted my burden and has helped me move on. I am struggling through a marital separation right now that was brought on by my screw-ups. I have been a Christian for 10 years but have recently rededicated my heart and life to Jesus Christ. This song is a true reminder for me that God forgives me and always loves me.
Recently when I heard this song on Air 1, I was nearly overcome with emotion. I could literally feel God telling me how much He loves me. I felt it physically and emotionally.

This video make me cry every time i watch it. I give glory to god for wiping my slate clean, and forgiving me of my sins. As it says, my sins are forgotten, and are on the bottom of the ocean floor. This video also expresses faith, faith in that my sins, no matter what they were, are forgiven, faith that god loves me, will take care of me, protect me, and one day when i die i will be with him in paradise. We are disciples first and foremost. I love christian music and music that praises God but I don't mind if there is a preaching going on at a concert too because sure it might be a music concert but we are disciples of God first, musicians second. God and his message takes priority over anything else.

I saw this band live in Oklahoma City at Frontier City theme park for free one summer in the 90's. They stopped after the 8th song to call people to come to the front to pray if they wanted to. Lots of people went and it took like 40 minutes to get back to music. No offense but I felt like I wanted more music than a church service, even from a Christian band.

fkghi you are using an invalid argument. You say dates and times mean a lot, but then only give examples of times. Friday and Sunday are not dates. Nowhere will you ever see an exact date.
Second you say present an inacurate presentation of a Christian agrument. " you claim a MAN is a God and that Jesus was born of a women". Christian actually never argue that God is a man. They do argue Jesus is the son of God.

What you are using in Job is called a parable, it is full of symbolic meanings and prophecies. The wonder of it is how can a man be justified with God? The first "worm" means rapidly bred, like a maggot of a fly, man are spreading like wild fire, thats what that means and the second "worm" is refering to Jesus but that word means crimson, scarlet, or a worm, here in Job it is being yoused to refer to the color red, as the blood of Christ, stop taking verses out of context please!

Jesus, the real Jesus is God's Son. He and the Father are One along with the Holy Spirit. You can never really worship God if you deny Christ. No one comes to the Father but By Him. If you give yourself a chance to know God more, He won't deny Himself to you. Just try. Read the Bible. Give it a try. :)

The divided kingdoms of Israel became idolatrous--chasing after idols of other nations and sacrificing their children to false gods. @fkghi The Bible was chosen by God to be his word, you can even find in Mark 14:9 and Matthew 26:13 Jesus himself telling the deciples to "spread the good news in rememberance of her" He told them what to write there.
God has used the Holy Spirit to tell us what He want is His word, The first english translation was the KJV and the versions sinse were to help readers to understand it better, but I use KJV, it was derived directly from the original Greek and Hebrew manuscripts.

@fkghi What you have wrong is that prophets are of man, but Jesus is of God, some prophets might be used by God, but they are not of God. 1John 4:1 says "Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world."
And any spirit or Prophet that comes after Jesus is not of God, prophets prophisize, how can you prophisize if the saivor has already come????

@fkghi Mary was conceived of the Holy Spirt, straight from God, and she born Jesus not of man, but of God, thats why it is important that she was a virgin, we are not Gods son unless Jesus lives in us, Jesus is God, and yet he is not, John 1:14 The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth. Jesus was made flesh by the one true God.

@fkghi But he did, he fullfilled the law, as he said He died for our sins, God wants us to be his, but hew gave us a choice, follow him, or die a second death, and thats what makes it all the more great, he had to die on the cross, it was prophecy from long before Jesus was born, that someone was to come out of Israel and rule, and thats what Jesus did, no, your right no "INNOCENT MAN" will take your sin, cause men are all sinners and Jesus is not a man, he is the son of God

@fkghi Jesus was more than a messenger, he was God's son, indeed he was not God, but he was all the same, Thats why God is a Triune God 3 in 1, Jesus was not Michael the Arcangel, nor is Jesus God, but he is apart of God, as in Jesus, if you are saved, lives in you, and through Jesus God works in us.....John 1 clearly states that "In the beginning was the Word (Jesus), and the Word was God, and the Word was with God." There is one reason why we cant understand this: it is a mystery.

@jkulesha I actually do know the Bible, and I know Christ. He lives in me. I definitely fear God...and the Book of Mormon is not necessary for my salvation. Only faith in Jesus Christ and what he did will give me salvation. Don't be so quick to judge someone next time...and don't boast only in Jesus, and of nothing else. God bless you!

@Noobie295 Faith is not the only thing necessary, that is where you are wrong, and you don't know the will of Christ, Christ commanded those to be baptized who believed the words of those 'he sent' such as the apostles. Mark 16:16 "whoever believes and is baptized will be saved whoever does not will be damned."
Or do you not believe the bible? Jesus restored apostles on the earth and the book of mormon is proof of this. So if you don't believe their message and repent and get baptized u know

@jkulesha What else do I "need" besides faith then? I do believe the Bible, but I do not believe the Book of Mormon. When you accept Jesus into your heart you are spiritually baptized...if thats what you are talking about getting baptized. Physical baptism is just a ritual, to show others the commitment you've made in your heart. And you are right...I don't know the will of Christ, but I know his will for me is to follow him.

If you deny the act of baptism taught in the bible then you don't understand christ. So when did you grow up from being born again spiritually to become so holy that you don't have to be baptized when Christ was baptized, telling John,"thus be it so for now to fulfill all righteousness.

@jkulesha do y'all mind if i enter the conversation? the whole act of baptism fight is kind of ridiculous. Isn't the whole purpose of scripture to interpret it the way you understand it? We're only human so we'll never be completely right; we can only trust that if God wants us to understand, he'll tell us in a still, small voice & it's our job to listen. Also, why would God give priesthood to anyone? We don't need a priest anymore because Jesus broke the veil between God and man with his death.

Lets Say he was sent by Peter, James, and John like it says in the Melchizedek Priesthood. Then You speak against God.

@hcbaker90 Again NO you are not to Interpret Scripture on your own. Scripture is Plain, and God said anything that is of him the holy ghost will testify of all truth. You obviously never read the book of Hebrews in the Bible About the Melchizidek Priesthood. Which is the Priesthood after the Order of the Son of God. It irks the life out of me that you would say something as bold and fearless to make up your own scripture and proclaim truth based on your own interpretations, its really sad

@hcbaker90 well...we should try to be a little more strict about how we interpret it. it cant just be interpret it however you feel or think it says. the bible says to use the simpler verses to help you understand the more difficult verses. some things we're not supposed to be able to understand. but, a difficult or obscure or cloudy verse will never contradict the simple verses that are clear and scattered all throughout so often you can rule out what it doesnt mean.

We fight wars because we are human. I would tell you that everything on this earth has to do with God... but the devil tries to turn us away from God. He would have us fight wars and kill each other, so that we forget about God and lose sight of our creator and the one who loves us. Everything happens for a reason... we just can't always see that reason. Sometimes it is because God wants something to happen, and sometimes it is just the devil trying to keep us from God.

haha you don't get it. First off God would never tell someone to commit a crime or kill someone. They claim God told them to do it because they don't know what they are talking about. Trust me if God was speaking to you, you would know. It's easy to tell if God spoke to a person, because his word (the Bible) will line up with what they were told. God speaks against murder, so when they claim they are doing what God told them to, we know that he didn't because it goes against the Word of God.

This song. It is moving and is so true. God has sent his son done to erase your sins he still erases them today. I have held on to so many sins I have done and condemned myself to misery and shame and it killed me.. and this song along with Forgiven by Skillet.. They have helped my realize that God loves me so much and has forgvien me and erased those sins. He has lifted my burden and has helped me move on. I was overcome with emotion like @jhamlin726 I feel you man some here. I love God so much

I am struggling through a marital separation right now that was brought on by my screw-ups. I have been a Christian for 10 years but have recently rededicated my heart and life to Jesus Christ. This song is a true reminder for me that God forgives me and always loves me.
Recently when I heard this song on Air 1, I was nearly overcome with emotion. I could literally feel God telling me how much He loves me. I felt it physically and emotionally.
