OH! I get who the dude in the glasses (Masuo) is parodying now! In the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, part 4 ("Diamond Is Unbreakable"), the main antagonist is Kira Yoshikage, who's Stand Killer Queen has the ability to "charge" objects, making them become like an explosive! That's what this guy was doing here when he handed the other guy yen(?) (that's why it exploded). This guy's Stand on here is a parody of Kira's, called Kitty Queen (キティクイーン)!
