Polution ist destruction of public property, there needs to be a HIGH tax on that. A free market cannot solve enviremental issues!

The worst polution comes from the military. The next down is resource extraction (heavily government subsidized) and then energy production (again heavily subsidized)

Any fines and taxes imposed by the government will immediately be offset by subsidies and special tax write-offs added to budgets by politicians who have been bought and paid for long ago.

If the corperations would truely benifit from his policies he would have a vast war chest.
