It was edited on Final Cut Pro, but I captured it into Windows Movie Maker and when I saved it to my computer there's an option under "Movie Setting" which allows you to choose the quality, I chose "Video for Broadband (340Kbps) which lowers the pixel count of the whole film to shrink the .wmv file. Hope that's helpful!
Nice video! But wacky, look on your computer for "Windows Movie Maker". You don't have to edit the file at all, but if you put the movie in there and then output it to a .wmv file, it will compress it for you to an incredibly small size.
