the same scenes at A diffent angle or distance and jib just move the camera around

Hey everyone! Can anyone tell me how they create the effect where the person remains at the same distance (or comes closer, I´m not sure) but the background seems to move further away? Thanks!

You zoom in to person to start. To create the effect, move closer slowly, and zoom out at the exact same time, to the point where the persons head looks as its not moving. The background seems to drop back

No, LoPuFi, you can do it without CGI, it's one of the easiest visual effects. The guy above pretty much got it right.
