I guess that aerial shell had a fucked up time fuse way too slow which made it look like a nice ground shell though. That's good there were no burns but their ears, man. :-\

The 16 inch shells were never that amazing. The shows Arthur had were still very good. I would love to shoot the show if they pulled away from A&M and switched to S&N display. The accident was most likely caused by a timer fuse that was too long or there was moisture in the shell causing a delay in the firing of the timer fuse. Overall due to the proximity of the blast to the crowd this incident was basically a lucky incident. It could have landed on the crowd
