  • MERS isn't on our sheriff deed or mortgage but the person signing the assignment is from MERS. This is assignment fraud. We alleged the fraud in our current federal case. The federal judge wouldn't grant an injunction. In fact, I wonder if the federal judge hasn't ruled on my case since Dec. Is he waiting on the state case so he can dismiss the federal case as res judicata? That's why I'm begging for donations to my "legal defense fund". Are the judges covering up for each other?

This will show who the true creditor really is. Are there any federal violations your aware of? If so, you need to file a federal case immediately with an injunction.
