Well... actually if you mixed solid sodium with chlorine gas (assuming STP) and did so in a vaccum (to remove the possibility of other reactions), I'm fairly certain they wouldn't react at all even though chlorine gas is pretty highly reactive. For this "reaction" to work you'd need sodium ion and chlorine ion, probably in (aq) solution. Ugh anyone got their chem book handy? It all depends on the chemical equilibrium values I suppose.

Basically they're talking about an attack that Steiner was supposed to do in Berlin which he did not. The Russians were coming into Berlin hard and Hitler was relying on the attack. He gets pissed because that was a direct order and feels that his men have betrayed him. You can find the movie online...you just have to look for it. I recommend it...it's one of the best war movies ive ever seen.

The movie is called Downfall ("Der Untergang" in German). It's about the downfall of Adolf Hitler in which he spent his last days in the Bunker in Berlin. The women you see in this vid cry because they put their heart into winning the war which was looking to be lost. As for uploading the vid...you may wanna ask someone who has posted their video and have them message you.

I like these vids but there are some mistakes that degrade this video from 5 star to 4 star. One of the most obvious being that "Mein Führer" shouldn't be translated as "Actually..."

Hitler orders one of his Generals "Steiner" (which you may hear...but he doesnt appear in this scene) to make a counter attack on the Russian advance. This scene is basically where hitler recieves the news of the large russian advance, and the fact that Steiner never made a counter attack....
