Looks good, but I have noticed that Japanese food tends to lack the powerful flavors that I like..usually, the only strong flavor I have found in most Japanese dishes is the flavor of fish. Shabu-shabu looks good though. Myabi, you need come to the US and eat some unhealthy food, like Tacos or Barbeque Beef ribs..maybe some biscuts and white sausage gravy..something that will put you to sleep afterwards. ha ha

Its also known as beancurd. So, have you ever really had Japanese food, or are you just saying its full of salt because this is something you heard?
