That guide is... not very good. It's got the basics right, but some things are purely up to personal preference.

I don't max Flying Assaulter and Bloody Storm right away is because I dislike FABSUS. Also, at such a low level, there is no need to have Flying Assaulter hit so many monsters. Lv 11 is good because there's a bigger damage boost and an additional mob. Some skills are just for fun.

I have 9 in TS because I had it maxed and got free sp resets from the event at lv 70.

Boopers are actually not bad as a training spot, especially given that you've probably spent 20 levels at Windraiders.

Either you haven't played a Dual Blade enough or aren't at a very high level. Flying assaulter is absolutely essential to DBs.

I'll keep it short:

-A higher level means more monsters pushed and therefore faster training

-at lv... max, I think (it's been a while) it can be comboed directly into Bloody Storm or Tornado Spin

-It is virtually uselessly low damage and low mob at lv 1

-You think wrong

-Your training will eventually revolve around this skill
