Dude just buy GTA 4, Download LCPD First Responce Mod and install some vehicle mods and you will have a kickass gameplay as a Police Officer, who can give tickets, arrest, chase and frisk suspects.

Also Download ELS, and an ELS-enabled carmod, and you will get more realistic lightning on the vehicles!
