@23HAMSANDWICH It depends on the circumstance. I'f they're spinning in opposite directions then no, If they collide spinning the same way then yes, They do.
@dimitris95osfp oh really? i think there gonna be a huge redistrubution of positions. objects in milky way pull one another based on domino effect and probable collision would cause chain reaction. but before that happens solar system will extinct.
actually there is a slim chance that the milky way could possibly be destroyed before we reach Andromeda, the black hole in the center of the Milky Way is pulling us into it slowly, not much but it will speed up, the Solar System is getting pulled about 1-2 mm a year. Yes that is slow but like i said it will speed up
i know this video is wrong because, firstly the andromeda galexy does not have a spiral shape like the Milky Way, it is faintly ring shaped, because of a nearby star colliding with one of the outer arms of andromeda, therefore desrupting the spral pattern, adn secondly, they would not blow up, depending on the bigger galaxy one of them will just take over another, suck up all the planets so there wll be one bigger galaxy. im just an average schoolboy who done his research. suck my left!
If a global virus doesn't kill us all then an asteroid will. If that doesn't kill us all then a blackhole will. If that doesn't kill us then the sun will for sure. If we manage to leave earth and go to another planet by then we still get fucked over when milky way collides with andromeda.
this is not very good video. i see this as impossible. what scientists came up with this hypothesis? the galaxies wouldnt explode like that. and they hit each other dead on, it is waaaay more likly that they circle around each other first. i just cant get what this simulation is based on
i agree, i learned in Astro class is that they will just going to twirl around each other for a while and forming a new galaxies, but the planets and stars are most likely to go boom boom boom. Also gravity will change as well for the time being around the twirl
so our home planet earth is set for a path of DOOM.... well i hope when this happens .. earthlings are advanced enough to leave this galaxy and migrate to another galaxy...
oh boy.. we not just talking about a son blowing up and migrating to another solar system. that would be easy... we are talking about travelling to an entire new galaxy :( Maybe the Greys from zeta would help us hehe
im pretty sure when our galaxy ends, we wont want to be listening to Coldplay :P

@jacexfin How do black holes form?
Ddz98 1 year ago
At least in 4 billion years .
We won't be there when this happens.
Human race will disappear from the Earth long, long, long before this happens.

This is pretty good, it's almost the same as the supercomputer simulations I've seen. Nice job!

Did you purchase after version 2? I think the glasses were only from before that. =1
If they are those red/cyan ones you can get them for literally free anyways.

@brinndod i agree dude. it wouldnt just blow up, they'd spin around eachother for years and then just form one bigger galaxy

Hopefully we figure out how to move away by this time.
