  • I agree totally. London Porter is my favourite porter of all time. Yesterday, I enjoyed a St Peter's Winter Ale which was simply fabulous. Brits brew the best beer in the world!

    Cheers.

  • @Mmorest I tried them both for the first time last november. I must've been guided by the beer gods and struck gold. Absolutely sublime.

  • Great review. I couldnt give this an unbiased review either as its one of my all time favorite drinks ever. Oh and just a little note....its pronouced 'Chis-ick' and not 'Chis-wick'.... the 'w' is silent ;-D

    happy drinking!

  • @DubbleTrubbleBubble Yea, I really like Fullers. Thanks for the pronunciation correction. I hate it when I butcher pronunciations, lol. Cheers!!!

  • @hoppinglion01

lol i do to, especially when your doing it among a bunch of people and nobody bothers to correct you lol. if you like Fullers London Porter i also recommend you try Fullers Golden Pride if you havent already. Its more like a Barley Wine instead of an English Strong Ale but its absolutely divine. Its packs a punch too but its brewed so wonderfully you can hardly taste the alcohol. Kinda dangerous really lol

  • Looks like a good one. I like porters, don't know if I've tried this one, didn't put it in my notebook if I did. Have to pick one up. Thanks.

  • Sounds like you lean towards English style beers. Most my ales are weighted on the English side.

  • I Dig it
