As well, there were outward signs of the impending collapse as well, which prompted firefighters to clear away from it and halt firefighting/rescue efforts within it which is why nobody was hurt when it collapsed. Numerous engineering agencies have weighed in on this, and none conclude the necessity of explosives. But I guess they're all in on it, huh?
And that still leaves the "why" and "how" of controlled demolitions.

They said it collapsed partially on the east side and then shortly afterward the rest of it came down. No explosions were heard and the windows didn't blow out as they would have if explosives were used.

Firefighters described the pop pop pop of the buildings blowing out. All anyone has to do is look on line at the old film footages. Also take a look at the Windsor building burning. @bansidh Harry Eisner interviewed Deputy Chief Peter Hayden regarding 9/11 for Firehouse Magazine. Hayden was one of the firefighters who was at the 9/11 ground zero site. He said they knew it was going to collapse by 2 pm because they saw a large bulge on its side after it had been hit by debris from the north tower, so when it finally came down at 5 pm it wasn't a surprise to them and nobody got hurt.

Absolutely, I agree. It worries me that there is no curiosity or even passive interest for anything of significance, let alone 9/11. But, the bottom line is, until we can reach the stage where people become enlightened again and exercise some personal accountability for learning and knowledge, we need people like Goodman, Chomsky, and Moore to start speaking up and it might as well be truthful while we're at it.
In the literal sense, it can mean many things. In the pejorative sense, it is more closely alligned to what I said. Censoring or filtering information is certainly valid, but it need only apply to someone in a real position to censor or filter it. You're not. You can omit information, but you have no influence to censor or filter it because you're on the same playing field as me -- just another "passer by" online (I couldn't resist the pun).
I don't see that harassing people like Chomsky, Goodman, and Moore is a productive way of investigating any aspect of 9/11. There are similar individuals (Zinn, Fisk) who are sympathetic to this movement and even that doesn't amount to anything. Does anyone actually expect the opinions of the aforementioned to make the slightest difference? If I was serious about this I would abhor such tactics. It's all a little desperate and there are other issues.
"Harrassing" them to investigate isn't the intent. The intent is to garner attention and flush out truth from people in positions of prominent influence. The more people with influence on board, the better. And yes, I believe their opinions would make a difference. Unfortunately, we live in a society devoid of fact-checking and independent research, so we rely on opinions of famous people. At this point, drawing attention to the issue is a starting point. Plus, it's not the ONLY method.

David Icke is incredibly sharp and enlightened on a number of things -- I think the vast majority. What destroys his credibility is when he starts talking about shapeshifting reptiles and aliens ruling us all. Even if true, it diverts attention from serious avenues of change. But, then again, I don't think he's all that concerned with being ridiculed. He is only interested in sharing the truth as he sees it.

Well, I would say your criticisms fall short for a few reasons:
(1) Yes, a lot of the information is easily accessible, but if not promoted, only a small minority will independently research it. Thus, why the majority is in the dark;
(2) They DO try to hide it, but there is only so much you can hide. Rather, they do well to spin, distort, and mislead. However, people in positions of power are often guilty of hubris; looking down on people as foolish and stupid. They don't care if caught.
Certainly I would agree because if you look at declassified documents from centres of power these are their stated goals, to essentially atomise and distract the stupid majority with popular consumption and run off to the bank. It is slightly more complicated than that of course but that is a condensed version. So I am not in disagreement with you.
Back to 9/11 I would say this: those that question the official story need to research, find evidence (I'm not saying they don't have any now) and keep building the case. If this is done seriously then the truth may be reached. I don't think anyone can or should say anymore than that.

As well, there were outward signs of the impending collapse as well, which prompted firefighters to clear away from it and halt firefighting/rescue efforts within it which is why nobody was hurt when it collapsed. Numerous engineering agencies have weighed in on this, and none conclude the necessity of explosives. But I guess they're all in on it, huh?
And that still leaves the "why" and "how" of controlled demolitions.

@smujismuj Denial of what? It's fairly well documented how it collapsed because there were emergency workers all around it. They said it collapsed partially on the east side and then shortly afterward the rest of it came down. No explosions were heard and the windows didn't blow out as they would have if explosives were used.
But, as I said, the accounts of the firefighters/etc and the investigation by the NIST are discarded because they're in on it, huh? Everyone is in on it but you, I guess.

Firefighters described the pop pop pop of the buildings blowing out. All anyone has to do is look on line at the old film footages. Also take a look at the Windsor building burning. @bansidh Harry Eisner interviewed Deputy Chief Peter Hayden regarding 9/11 for Firehouse Magazine. Hayden was one of the firefighters who was at the 9/11 ground zero site. He said they knew it was going to collapse by 2 pm because they saw a large bulge on its side after it had been hit by debris from the north tower, so when it finally came down at 5 pm it wasn't a surprise to them and nobody got hurt.

There were BIG OLD HOLES in the side of the building (a conspiracy?). The holes where from B767's (saw it). This loss of structural integrity and the sagging floors, pulling the beams in, they CRIPPLED, due to eccentric loading and lower fire induced yield strength. The beams adjacent to "the holes" taking extra load failed first, followed by total instantaneous failure & energy released.

I never implied that that a person who was a liberal can't have morals - but in comparison to a person, who might be deemed conservative, they don't have the same kind of morals as they do. Amy Goodman admitted she was a secular Jew and I don't find that to be disparging at all. However, if she claims to be unbiased and tell the truth like it is - she needs to do more than show the liberal side of things. Its the only fair way of reporting the news like it is.

Amy Goodman is an excellent journalist.
She was one of the only journalists to uncover Suharto's slaughter of 2-300,000 people in East Timor.
In fact she was arrested & beaten by the Indonesian police, but released because of her U.S. passport.
Of course America installed the evil Suharto (who also killed 600,000 of his own people with 'death lists' from the CIA as documented in declassified papers) & so the media basically refused to cover her story.

But, the bottom line is, until we can reach the stage where people become enlightened again and exercise some personal accountability for learning and knowledge, we need people like Goodman, Chomsky, and Moore to start speaking up and it might as well be truthful while we're at it.

In the literal sense, it can mean many things. In the pejorative sense, it is more closely alligned to what I said. Censoring or filtering information is certainly valid, but it need only apply to someone in a real position to censor or filter it. You're not. You can omit information, but you have no influence to censor or filter it because you're on the same playing field as me -- just another "passer by" online (I couldn't resist the pun).

I don't see that harassing people like Chomsky, Goodman, and Moore is a productive way of investigating any aspect of 9/11. There are similar individuals (Zinn, Fisk) who are sympathetic to this movement and even that doesn't amount to anything. Does anyone actually expect the opinions of the aforementioned to make the slightest difference? If I was serious about this I would abhor such tactics. It's all a little desperate and there are other issues.

"Harrassing" them to investigate isn't the intent. The intent is to garner attention and flush out truth from people in positions of prominent influence. The more people with influence on board, the better. And yes, I believe their opinions would make a difference. Unfortunately, we live in a society devoid of fact-checking and independent research, so we rely on opinions of famous people. At this point, drawing attention to the issue is a starting point. Plus, it's not the ONLY method.

David Icke is incredibly sharp and enlightened on a number of things -- I think the vast majority. What destroys his credibility is when he starts talking about shapeshifting reptiles and aliens ruling us all. Even if true, it diverts attention from serious avenues of change. But, then again, I don't think he's all that concerned with being ridiculed. He is only interested in sharing the truth as he sees it.

Well, I would say your criticisms fall short for a few reasons:
(1) Yes, a lot of the information is easily accessible, but if not promoted, only a small minority will independently research it. Thus, why the majority is in the dark;
(2) They DO try to hide it, but there is only so much you can hide. Rather, they do well to spin, distort, and mislead. However, people in positions of power are often guilty of hubris; looking down on people as foolish and stupid. They don't care if caught.

A large portion of it is actually Libertarian: believing in smaller government, less regulations, more freedom for the individual, strong national sovereignty. Others disagree with Libertarian ideas but agree about 9-11: truth attracts people whatever their basis. Outside of the U.S. the movement includes actual govt. ministers from various parties in Italy, Japan, Germany, and on and on.
