@victorcarloscs If Bethany doesn't die, it's because you're a warrior or rogue, and so Carver died. If you played as a mage, Bethany will die instead of Carver.

As for the "don't have this villain", I'm guessing you're on about the Qunari (horned guys)? My title is a little misleading, it's not a trailer for the demo, but it was released on the same day, so "demo trailer" seemed like a good title. The Qunari will be in the full game, but are definite not in the demo.

The trailer itself is a bit misleading, in one, maybe two, ways.

Firstly, although the first Qunari is shown after her death and before the darkspawn/ogre attack, it's not from the same scene.

The second way it's maybe misleading is because the Bethany-death is shown differently to the demo, meaning that either the demo is different from the full game (or from a different part), or the trailer footage was created purely for the trailer.

if you pick the mage class, Bethany will die by ogre, if you pick the other classes, Carver will die.

@Bloodyidit Aye, I know - we've just been wondering here if the demo is the final version of the game... We all agree Hawke shows more emotion in this trailer than in the demo, although I gave all the possible scenarios I could think of to @victorcarloscs.

Too short - what makes you say that? Although it depends on the player, ultimately, it's supposed to be between Mass Effect 2's and Dragon Age: Origin's length... That's a pretty big game there!

@victorcarloscs My guess is that the footage is created for the trailer - some sort of dream or fade experience later on in the game, others have speculated - at 0.07, it shows Hawke getting up, with Wesley, Mother-Hawke, and Bethany, laid, seemingly dead, around him... That obviously doesn't happen in the demo, but I think that sense of loss would be a good thing to portray in the trailer... But then I'm just speculating myself.

For the time being, I'm taking the demo as the true version.

Death scene in this trailer is 100x times better then the one in demo.

I hope this will be in the final product, Hawke actualy shows emotion here, in demo he acts like nothing happened.

Did you play the first one?

The demo is fantastic. And the framed-narrative the game is using looks like it could be very promising later on in the game.

You should create an EA and Bioware Social account too, so your download can count towards the one million!

Also, I recommend either playing the rogue or mage class. Warrior is, I think, the least impressive this time around.
