In the beginning of the 1776 campaign, roughly 10% of the population supported revolting against the British crown. By 1779 50% of the population were still loyalists. A small percentage of the population steered the entire colonies in the direction of freedom. This is how every revolution starts. The easy road is always status quo because people genuinely don't want their lives disrupted.

very good points, once we realize we are part of the problem then we can start moving forward after all letting a government commit violent acts is the responsability of the people. the constitution gave people the power to fight it but nothing has happened. this country alone has taken so many lives under the pretest of peace and few people relize this. sadly it will end for economic reasons, but I am still hopeful. Ron Paul could be our peaceful solution.

Money controls viewpoints. Getting a camera and recording injustice does not do FA. The attitude is "as long as it doesn't happen to me". We are a dumbed down mentally deficient society. Just look at things like planking. How stupid can people be. Worry about your family and forget about trying to herd the sheep. I believe it is pointless. I completely agree with your message. I just hope enough people get the message before they go and screw something up. People are beginning to awaken, but they are not yet awake. They live in fear, and just as has been proven in history, fear and anger looses fights and doesn't win them.

Makes sense, all human-beings believe in self preservation and are going to try to preserve their views, even throughout time. And we definitely do need the internet to shift the mentality of people, probably part of the reason why the government wants to control the internet. We really need to be patient and push for things in a careful manner in order for society as a whole to change their views.

People most naturally associate the word revolution with violence but it isn't necessarily so. This revolution began in the 1950s and some of us have grown up with it. It is evolution accelerating that makes it a revolution. We make the greatest progress when we help awaken others and envision the world we want replacing the one we have. We need to focus on that aspect, several times each day.

@moremov52 StormCloudsGathering was dealing with the lack of maturity as well as capability to actually effect a so-called (counter) "revolution." So much would have to be done in order to be in a position where engaging in such a fanciful project would even be feasible, and the mainline public [*rely on your own observations] aren't even going to save themselves, much less "help other people at all times" (as said in the Boy Scout Oath). It would be better to focus on rebuilding civilization.

I absolutely agree with what you said. Our culture isnt mature enough at this point to properly make any drastic transitions via an all out revolution. Which is is why I say(and you may disagree) ...Fuck a revolution. Bring on the apocolypse. Only by some unavoidable major catastrophic event can this society ever throw out old outdated ideals that are obsolete and start to rebuild a new civ...just saying.

@islandseeker1971 Reminder: Ron Paul has MANY former Obama supporters who have crossed party lines.THere are about 25 states that wont let you to vote RON PAUL in the critical primary unless you are a registered Repub ! Dont let a loophole cheat U out of a vote or cheat Ron Paul out of a nomination, Change to REPUB-U can change back after he wins. I really think these state by state rules on primary voting will be the only thing that might cost him the nomination so pass it on. Educate people

Our world revolves around violence and death. We worship death on a daily basis.  I believe our mentality must go into an evolution before we can take to the streets.
