hi and welcome.. i saw this cartoon in arabic and i saw only 53 episode>> just like you.. but you know, the original cartoon in japan, they say its 57 episodes, and till now i didnt find it in japanese.. and i'm hoplesly searching for the manga and till now nothing useful.. the manga is different from what we saw in the anime.. so if you anything about it pls tell us..
