I'm proud of the boys for giving us 11th place (MUCH better than usual!) however each year before this we sent awful acts on. Why? Because we didn't take it that seriously before? I honestly don't know. We have amazing singers in the UK and good music but we just don't seem to show it that well at Eurovision. And these guys CAN sing really well, maybe they were just too nervous or something?

Very strange! this performance was not that great and yet earned them 5th with the televote. However, the final dress rehearsal which was voted on by the jury's was actually excellent. Sadly, the jury's placed them 22nd out of 25. Madness! I will never understand Eurovision voting.

I'm from Turkey and I Can was my favourite this year. I sent 30 text messages for it and my country gave 6 points to the UK. I wish Blue had won. I was so sad at that night because they didn't deserve such a bad result. I want 100% televoting back because juries do nothing but pulling down my favourites every year. By the way, I think there's nothing wrong with their vocals.They can sing very well. Could it have been better? Maybe.. But we shouldn't compare live performances with studio records.

they arrived in Dusseldorf with a different backing track than the one they presented to EBU 2 months earlier. The sound wasn't organised to this track, so they didn't have enough time to properly get their sound done. But it's their fault for changing the backing track and not telling EBU until they turn up for their rehearsal

I used to like the juries but I can't forgive them for this year. The juries put Italy as their no.1, stopped Norway getting into the final, put Lithuania into the final, nearly put Malta into the final and this in 22d what is wrong with them? If the juries must have a say make them vote on the actual performances rather than the rehearsals. (The juries don't even vote at the same time as you!)

OK.. Honestly, I seriously loved that song, and generally the whole UKentry; Here in Greece it became a big success but guys we all have to admit that Blue couldn't reciprocate to the live performance. I don't know if this is a general feature that characterise them, but that particular night, it sure was! However, I have noticed that UK has the same sound-problems every year.. just remember Josh's vocals last year... :p Anyway, thanks for the great music UK :)

1. their sound director did it just as they had a live concert somewhere outside or

2. uk has such a great production, that they forgot how to do things for completly live shows (no matrix of voices playing and all that) and

3. they are not such a great singers after all, 'cause there have been some really great screw ups as far as singing goes

They destroyed that song with their vocals (and of course some people immediately say they were sabotaged. Switzerland was one of the best vocalists in ESC this year.
