@lesley96 main girl's real name is Jui Warattaya (in movie: Mai) and main guy's real name is Stephan Santi Visaboonchai (in movie: Chris/Chakrit). And to answer your last comment, I think it's correct because if you (kinda) literally translate it, it's like he's "doing it for the one that he loves" but if you substitute what you said, it's like he "did something wrong to the one that he loves". I agree with you a bit and they both do make sense but I still kinda lean towards it's original title.
