Were Faith No More considered Alternative Metal? They were not totally Heavy Metal. They had some funk and rap. But much heavier than the Hair Bands.

@discworld for me Faith No More is an Random Alternative band... they explore alternative metal like u sed but also, alternative anything (rap, funk, pop, rock) and i think thats why Mike Patton fit so good in this band cause its imposible to label him either, i mean he has sang even opera so how sick is that !!! lol
