the steel structured building collapsed because after the planes crashed on upper floors of the building the intense fire and heat caused the collapse of one floor on top of another and reported explosions on the inside of the building was i would say most likely due to the giant aircraft that just crashed into a building the terrorists took planes that were full of fuel and all that fuel caused expolsions when the plane crashed into the building.
