  • @wahhapened haha that's football. In baseball it's how you go about your career. Salmon leader in practically everything. Hrs respectful to fans. Ring. Mr.Angel. it's not about the rings. You can go your whole career and never win but if you play the game the right way. Have monster stats. Then you will be put in history.

  • Maybe top 20!!!! Wtf how many world series rings the Nolan Ryan have? Cause isn't the sport about being the champion, not how you do.

  • Tim Salmon may not have been the best player ever but he was my favorite. I still have a ball he signed for me a long time ago. The Angels could use a guy like Salmon right now.

  • Tim Salmon was NOT the greatest Angel of all time. Maybe top 20. Some better were Nolan Ryan, Rod Carew, Brian Downing, and Bobby Grich just to name a few.

  • @MrStax1971 Lets see...franchise leader in home runs....World Series ring....played his entire career with the Angels....Mr. Angel. Nuff said.

  • THE greatest Angel of all time. Sorry, Vlad.

  • One of the greatest Angels of all time

  • i was him on a cruse after that to mexico it was called the royal....might have been princess

  • Lived in Anaheim all my life...and the guy truly is a legend to us!

  • They should sign him just for a day, give him that 300th HR :)

  • best angel ever........... gotta love the king fish...... god do i miss him........ i was at the game and i met him that day,.......... he was sooo nice.... he was at my family friends wedding because they were teamates..........

  • my dad says hes an auto HOF(not an angels fan) i am and i also think he is. he put the angels on the map by himself. for that i really think he gets it.

  • i was at tht game it was really sad wen he poped out in his last at bat woulda been cool if he'd hit a HR but no and also screw u corndog819 Salmon for HOF in his first year of eligability which is next year

  • A true Angel period

  • i was there that game..man how sad it was to see him go

  • too bad he didnt hit 300 home runs

  • i was the right field seats. couldnt have been much worse, but Salmon is the man. he lived the Angels red... and blue. i prefer the red.

  • Fucking Kendall. Things didn't even matter at that point. Just let the foul ball go.

  • lol you just put tim salmon and the HOF in one sentence haha. aww man that was a sad sad day.

  • He wasn't even an All-Star!

  • Im pretty sure no one would even put tim salmon and the HOF in the same sentence so there is no need for that. He however should have his number retired in a few years. The softass angel part isnt even worth responding to, so have a nice life.

  • @Corndog819 I think had the second half of his career gone better he would be a sure hall of famer

  • @awesomecdiperson I'm not arguing that at all. He's a fantastic Angel and a great ambassador of the game. However, that doesn't put you in the Hall of Fame.

  • Them's fighting words!

  • i will cut you, bitch

  • @gmeeker94 HHAAHAHAHAHAHHAAHAHH FUNNY

  • @gmeeker94 And you'd know how?

  • They have to retire his number, he is the career leader for the angels in HRs, Runs Scored, walks, Slugging percentage. He's only behind Garrett Anderson in RBIs no doubt he deserves it.

  • I remember I booed the hell out of Kendall.

  • They better retire his number!!! I'm gonna be pissed if they dont!!

  • he worked hard to be as above average as he was....

  • Thats right he was old school, he had to work very hard, did'nt have all the talent in the world! But more times then not got the job done...

  • Sad day
