I love mine with Stirfry tofu n sauce.. curry's my fav, tho teriyaki and sesame ginger comes close! Found in the same tofu section (US Safeway's). Saucy, complete meal and low in calories, no carbs. LOVE IT, love it, love it!

LOVE these noodles but hate all of the paper towels I need to use to drain the liquid after heating. Have any suggestions?....and yes, I drain, rinse, and blot prior to heating in the microwave.
