One might suggest for the 144K Jewish evangelists that are to save those left. Not so. It is unequivocally clear -- there are no 2nd chances! When the ark door shut, when Lot left Sodom, ALL were destroyed. Instead, Revelation is a continual historical review of Church happening until Christ returns.

I would tend to think, since God calls our prayers (the prayers of His people/saints) insence, that the prayers of the islamic folks (praying 5 times a day to mecca) is smoke in His nostrils - see Isaiah 65:5
