See I like the new 2012 better then the ones now. First of it doesn't look girly anymore. Second instead of looking like a bubble they fixed that into a regular shape. Third it looks more like a Porsche which is awesome!
@lllllll5s What in the hell was girly about the current one??? I thought it was a damn fine modernization of the old Beetle even though the back seat headroom suffered. Just because they made a pink Barbie version doesn't mean the car was girly. It was sleek and had all the charisma of the old design. Anyone who can't see that is a moron.
Good evolution of great VW shape, but needs more aggressive front shapes to indicate which way design is going!! Car has become a chick car-very cuddly. That may be intentional from mktng perspective. From a design perspective I want a car to be masculine and trim-muscular even-not soft and "cute". But then I'm a guy. I think too many designs out there are deliberately aimed at chicks, leaving us guys with Chevy Silverados and Caddy Escalades-THE CAR OF CHOICE FOR PIMPS and assorted Low Lifes.
